Shipping
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped from our roastery and fulfilled within 1–3 business days of your order being placed.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime at our order tracking page.
Returns & Refunds
Our Return Policy
Because our coffee is roasted fresh to order in small batches, we are generally unable to accept returns on opened or used products. We take great care to ensure every bag leaves our roastery in perfect condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue when you reach out — it helps us resolve things quickly.
Unopened Items
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
