By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled due to inventory constraints.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Hills & Harvest is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because our coffee is roasted fresh in small batches for peak freshness, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hillsandharvestcoffee@gmail.com and we will make it right.
